Return Policy

- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

- Items that have been customized or personalized
Process for Returns

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

- Inspection and Exchange: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will send the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Conecoin.
